Messy Dash 2025

Wave 1 - Event opens at 9.30am, and the run starts at 10:00am
Wave 2 - Event opens at 10:30am, and run starts at 11:00am
Following the success of our Messy Dash 2024 event, this year we have gone bigger and better with a new twist that you won’t want to miss. We have two waves this year, to ensure that everyone gets very messy! Prepare to run through slime, colour, water and more. Fun for the whole family.
Walk, jog, dance, toddle or run through our fun 2.5k route. Fully inclusive and wheelchair accessible. Wear white and finish as colourful and slimy as you can. You'll also receive one of our special Messy Dash medals.
The Beams Messy Dash is a great event for all the family, all proceeds go towards supporting disabled children and their families.
Under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult.
Please wear old clothes and prepared to get messy! All powder is safe and non-toxic.
