Team Gallagher at Kings Hill are supporting We Are Beams Charity!
On 11th July 2026, Mark, Nathan, Harry, Hayden and Graham at Gallagher Insurance will be running the QE Olympic Park Run in support of Beams, a charity that makes a real difference to the lives of disabled children and their families.
The team are so proud to support We Are Beams, a local charity that provides care, advice and respite services for disabled children and young people aged 4 to 25, as well as their families, across Kent.
Why we are supporting Beams
We Are Beams helps children with a wide range of disabilities including physical and sensory impairments, complex health needs, autism, ADHD and challenging behaviour.
Their services include Short Breaks, support at the Dragon’s Retreat respite unit, Family Advice, and payroll for carers. Everything they provide is designed to give families the specialist support they need.
Why we are running
We have chosen to run for Beams because of the impact the charity has on local families. To take part in the event, we need to raise £1000 in total (£200 each), which will go directly towards funding Beams’ services for disabled children and their families.
We are covering the cost of the event ourselves, so every donation made will go directly to supporting the charity’s work.
