On 12th April 2026, we, Adam and Henry from Letts Wealth Management, will be running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in support of Beams, a charity that makes a real difference to the lives of disabled children and their families.
Covering 13.1 miles through central London, this will be a significant physical challenge, but one we are proud to take on for such an important cause.
Why Beams matters
Beams supports disabled children and young people to play, learn, socialise and build independence, while also providing vital support to their families. Through specialist clubs, short breaks and inclusive activities, Beams helps families feel supported rather than isolated.
The charity’s work enables children with complex needs to build confidence, have fun and reach their potential, while giving parents and carers much needed respite.
Why we are running
We have chosen to run for Beams because of the impact the charity has on local families. To take part in the event, we need to raise £770 in total (£385 each), which will go directly towards funding Beams’ services for disabled children and their families.
We are covering the cost of the event ourselves, so every donation made will go directly to supporting the charity’s work.
